National Gymnastics Center in Holly Springs offers both recreational and competitive gymnastics programs. NGC combines positive instruction with a focus on the personal development of each child, all in a fun and nurturing environment.

Whether for pleasure or competition, gymnastics creates strong, flexible, well-rounded athletes. It helps to build self-confidence, poise, perseverance, and discipline - skills that prepare children not only for sport, but for life.

Currently we have recreational gymnastics and tumbling programs for boys and girls ages 18 months through 18 years, with classes conveniently scheduled throughout the week.

Our Developmental Program and Competitive USA and AAU teams are by coach invitation only. If you are new to the gym, please call or stop by for further details and to schedule an evaluation for your child.
